Larger Image Issue

I have a product with multiple attributes & corresponding photos. Underneath all of the different options that can be selected, there is a small photo of the men's version of the same product with "larger image" underneath it. The products are not linked and I have attempted to change my default product photo using the "overwrite" image in the product listing. In the men's listing it does not show a "larger image" photo at the bottom of the page.

I for the life of me can't figure out how the photo got there or how to get rid of it.

this is only an idea but

delete the original image - yin yang.jpg - from your server

and rename the file to yinyang.jpg (no spaces) then try uploading again

I tried your suggestion, actually deleted and renamed both images with no spaces, then uploaded them again. Didn't work.
I then deleted the men's image again and renamed the mens image with a totally different name, this finally seemed to work. YAY!
