Errors on some pages but not all

I know this is something easy but for the life of me can't find the answer. I installed the latest upgrade and installed the Future Zen template and got everything working I thought.

Everything works fine, pages load etc. but every now and then I'll hit a category page that returns this message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/ktsadded/public_html/Zen/includes/languages/english/index.php:63) in /home/ktsadded/public_html/Zen/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 41


That error comes back from this SubCategory page: http://ktsaddedvalues.com/Zen/index....&cPath=158_180

Other SubCategories in the same Category load fine:
http://ktsaddedvalues.com/Zen/index....&cPath=158_273

Can anybody head me in the right direction please?

Peek at the file:
includes/languages/english/index.php

And see if you have space(s) or blank line(s) after the last ?> on the bottom of the file ...

If so, edit in a good text editor ... not your Control Panel or a Word Processor ... and remove the extra space(s) or blank line(s) and reload it to your site ...

I always search 1st before posting but didn't put in the right terms I guess. I'll make sure I'm more thorough the next time.
