1.3.7 view_stuck_paypal_orders.php

I have installed this mod to view stuck orders but when I access it all I get is :

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I have a few mods... I have seen others having this same problem but no resolution. The mod shows that it should work for 1.3.7

Okay, for some reason version 2.0 works
