'login' and 'checkout' = "no input file specified"

when i try to login or checkout i get a blank/white screen that says, "no input file specified."

how do i resolve this?

problem fixed.

resolution: reload complete fileset downloaded from zencart download center.

do not rely on fileset from hosting company.
