Drop-down file for states

I have about pulled out all my hair out trying to find a file. When a new customer is filling out the Billing information there is a drop-down box to select the state. For some un-known reason "Florida" is shown and saved as "Florida1"
Would someone tell me where this file is located?

Look at the Locations / Taxes ... Zones ... about page 11 I would think you would find Florida ...

Are you telling me the states for the drop-down box is found by going to the admin control panel? admin/location/taxes/zones?
My cart is down at the moment so using what little memory have left at 72.

This is in your Zen Cart Admin ...

On the menu you will see those choices and find the Zones that are installed ... there are about 205 of them ... there is a pull down for the pages ... Florida is usually on page 11 ...
