Okay I guess I'll just keep all questions in this thread regardless. oops.

So yeah 1) all transactions show as successful/pending on the zen cart side 2)Linkpoint shows no transactions at all 3) This is regardless of mode used, fake/real CC number used etc. 4) linkpoint tech, hostexcellence tech neither can figure it out.

    anyone here?

    ??

Did you install the .PEM file supplied by linkpoint into the appropriate linkpoint_api folder under your zen cart payment modules?

herm.... okay in the zip file it goes linkpointapi/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/linkpointapi.php

and the other stuff in the zip goes:

    linkpointapi/includes/linkpoint/0000000.pem
    linkpointapi/includes/linkpoint/lpphp.php

    linkpointapi/includes/modules/payment/linkpointapi.php

so what I did was followed that pattern on my server in the zencart directory. but I had to create a linkpoint directory in /includes like it shows in the zip file. I did NOT create a linkpointapi directory on my server though. Just started from /includes onward.

I am totally confused now as to where the heck I was supposed to put stuff. Did I do it right? I have gotten no cart errors or anything at all.

Okay so that's done right, plus I changed the SSL stuff in the config files.

I just now ran a test with a fake number, and got no error mssgs, no blank screen. I got a normal checkout successful page. There is no record of the transaction in linkpoint central. The card should have been declined. Linkpoint techs told me to put the module in "Live" mode as they don't support test modes any longer. Then they gave me the test number and said it should be declined. I am not seeing anything on linkpoint central. I do show them in zen cart and on "My Account" in the shopping cart. Again no errors, no page errors, nothing wrong. I am totally stumped.

    ladysaat,

Can you post the first 20 lines of the "readme.txt" file from your linkpointapi module?
