Moving header below Navigation bar

O.K. I am not able to move the header below the navigation bar. I am using Zen Cart Version 3.01 and am using the Classic Template. The code in templates/custom/classic/tpl_header looks like this:

I have tried pasting the reccomendations of other posts into the tpl_header file but that seemed to really screw up the layout of the website.

Any suggestions on what I should move around?

Problem solved by playing around with the order. Code now looks like:
