Multiple Flat Rates Shipping

I want to have the following flats rate:

UPS Ground: $9.95
UPS 2nd Air: $14.95
UPS Overnite: $24.95


I tried to duplicate the flat rate modules by following the suggestion from this thread, http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...iple+flat+rate, but it game me this error message in the admin:
