    It would help if we knew what version of Zen Cart you are using ...

    How are you trying to delete your Categories/Products ...

    Is this a clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, what version did you upgrade from?

    This was a cart that a server automatically installs (with just one button!). it's this one http://www.zen-cart.com/license/2_0.txt

    Should I make an upgrade? I would prefer not too, but if this is not that hard then I can probably think about it.

    If you are referring to the All Products link itself in the Categories Box ... and when you point at it you see the link in your task bar read:

    FILENAME_PRODUCTS_ALL

    Then you are probably using Zen Cart v1.3 and need to upgrade to v1.3.0.1 ... where this and other bugs have been fixed ...
