I'm setting up my new cart, but emails sent from my Zencart are not arriving at their destinations. I checked with tech support at my hosting company and they said,

"..according to the mail logs, no messages were ever created from ZenCart at all. All settings are setup correctly, but the program just appears not to send any mail, no bouncebacks, no rejections, etc.


Where should I go from here with this issue?
