Adding Norwegian module to 1.3.0.1

Is there any reason I couldn't add the language module from the Norwegian version of Zen cart 1.2.6d and 1.2.7d and add it to my installed 1.3.0.1 and what would need to be done to adapt it?

I can't find any other downloadable module for this language so any pointers would be appreciated.

I downloaded the out of date version which does seem to work. I shall have to get my Norwegian client to check the content is correct, something he'd have to do anyway.

I was more concerned that there might be some conflicts or errors caused by using the out of date version.
