Rename Nav Main Links

How do we change the nav main wrapper links on our site? Currently the links are home and login and we would like to change these to My Account and Shopping Cart

My Account and Shopping Cart will appear there when a customer logs in. Maybe just a personal thing with me, but if you remove the Login link, there's no way to log in directly, which I think is confusing for repeat customers.

If you look at our site we have a drop down menu with Home" "My Account" and "Shopping Cart". I would like the links "login and Home" in the navmain wrapper to be renamed and directed to "My Account and Shopping Cart. " I would like the links on the drop down navigation to be renamed to other pages. So renaming Home and login to My Account and Shopping cart would still allow the visitor to go directly to their account. So I don't think it would be confusing to the visitor and the site navigation would not be so redundant. I think the redundancy is confusing to the visitor even if they are a repeat visitor.

There has to be a way to rename these links. so, if anyone could please guide me I would greatly appreciate the help.

I too would like to do this as well as add several links to other locations on my site. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
