Basic Stuff - How to remove "New Products for May"

I am a new Zenner and I am missing stuff. I want to remove "New Products fro May" on the Main page and I have spent hours and hours looking through the docs and forums but have not found it. Anyone has an idea?
Maybe this is so basic that they didn't even botehr to put this inott he documentation.

Admin > Configuration > Index Listing and set the value of the first entry to 0

Thanks. I knew it was going to be easy. I have now replaced "New Products in May" with Featured Products"

I know its digging out an old thread but I have an issue regarding the same thing. I removed new products display from the main page but it DOES appear after I empty my cart. Is there any way to prevent that? Thanks.

Peek in the Configuration ... Stock ... and you will find the set for the empty shopping_cart page in there ...
