where is Stylesheet?

Forgive me, I am new here.
I used OSCxxxxxxx before and I love what I see included in Zen.
I am trying to find my way around and could not figure out where is "File Manager" and SCC in "Admin"!!!
Does any one care to answer my stupid question?

Lots of info contained there..
Stylesheets for each template are contained in template folder
under /includes/templates/nameofyourtemplate/css/

I was not able to find "File Manager" there.

Sounds to me like you're looking for stuff that doesn't exist in Zen Cart, at least not in the form you're used to. If you tell us what you want to do, rather than the route by which you expect to get there, we will be able to guide you down the right path.

Hello,
I took care of it by going to Cpanel. I changed all box headers color.
"title_back". In OsCxxxxxx there is "File Manager" in admin and you can make those changes there. I was not acquainted with Zen Cart till last night, so shoot me!

Hello, I am back!
I replaced header banner with my own. I used exact same size as the original after I uploaded my banner I noticed The bottom of my banner is chopped off!
I also deleted Zen cart logo on the left side. The link and text sill there and I don't know how get rid of it.
I greatly appreciate your help.
