I am currently running V 1.3.0.1 and I installed the tax exempt module and have it working. The only problem is it now cancels any and all group discounts. In fact, when I am in a customers account, I see Group discount but when I go in to select the discount it just displays tax exempt options.

Going for a long shot, any ideas anyone?
