Error 500: Script Execution Failure

the installer will not start , I am trying to install version 1.3.0.1 , I am getting:

Error 500: Script Execution Failure
Premature end of script headers: index.php | directory is writable by others /home/www/public_html/zen_cart/

1. files are uploaded to "public_html/zen_cart/" folder
2. Permissions all set properly as instructed.
3. the 2 configuration files are edited very carefully.

no luck!!

any Idea how to solve this probelm?

This error is being generated by your webhosting server because it apparently doesn't like the read-write settings required in order to do typical Zen Cart functions such as (installation and) image-uploading, page-editing, etc.

You will need to talk to your hosting company to get them to show you a way around their limitation, or perhaps install on a different server.

it is my hosting provider server got some restrictions, it is a free hosting any ways, I will go for another free web hosting provider.
