    ok that fixed the last error but now im getting the following error when trying to install the sql

    1054 Unknown column 'cofiguration_group_title' in 'where clause'
    in:
    [SELECT (@t4:=configuration_group_id) as t4 FROM modchipfittersconfiguration_group WHERE cofiguration_group_title= 'Recover Cart Sales';]

    ok thats sorted the sql but in reports> recover cart sales i gtet this error

    Nothing shows up in the email sent report after I send a customer an email. Are the emails being sent?

    I'm getting the same problem. Worked find on mt 1.3.2 zencart. Did a fresh install of 1.3.7 for Paypal Express support, and now Recover cart sales no longer works. I check the customers I would like to inform as before and hit the send button, but rather than taking me o the second page it used to take me to displaying the customers and their products with an email sent bar at the top of the screen, the recover cart sales initial page just refreshes on itself showing all customers that abandoned their carts and all check boxes unchecked again. No email is sent at all. Have tried changing the zencart mail transport method from sendmail, to php, to smtp and still the same issue, no error message, just seems that the script fails.

    Anyone any ideas? anyone got this running on 1.3.7 so I can rule out conflicts with another script?

    your help would be much appreciated. I love this mod

    Version 1.3.8

    How can I tell what products my customers have in their cart. The program is working fine but I cant see any attributes for each product.

    Hi,

    I'm considering installing this mod but was wondering - are emails only sent manually through the admin or can emails be scheduled to go out for all abandoned carts from the previous day (or some other time interval)?

    It's a manual process. When you click the button, the emails go out. I do it every morning for any carts from the previous day.
