Unsurprisingly, Zen Cart can only operate within its own boundaries. So you have two choices. Either extend Zen Cart's boundaries to include your whole site, which it is capable of doing. Or write you own programs to read your product database and build the pages you need outside Zen Cart. Both are achievable, but both would require a reasonable amount of fairly straightforward programming.
