Pull down menus

I am using 1.3.1 ... I am not sure how to search to find this as the words I am using don't seem to be finding what I need.

I have multiple fragrance options for my lotions, for example. I also offer 5 soaps for 20 dollars. Is there a way to set up pull-down menus for these sort of products?

You would want to look into the Product Options ... Product Option Values ... and Attributes ...
