Colors are changed in the css stylesheet. Many people are using the Firefox developer's toolkit to help identify css tags.

yes man..knew, but i try change the colors in the stylesheet. I need change the colors of the sidebox......but i cant!!!!

Can you install Firefox and then install the developer's toolkit? It will allow you to view css style information in your own browser. That will tell you the tag that controls any area you point to. So, point to the sidebox you want to change, note the tag, edit that tag in stylesheet.
