Such a good list he had there - and I'll definitely second Firefox Web Developer and the Firebug extensions.

OK! Here is the same list, but with all the URLs repaired! Just to re-iterate, this is Rik's list, I just reposted in the new forums and repairs the broken links. If someone wants to delete the original post to save confusion? Ta!
