Site working in IE, but not Firefox!!

odd.. i just tried to go to the main root page (www.vidabox.com) and got a message saying "Forbidden!"

...

after a couple of reloads it went away, and is back to normal..

I had my coworkers try it on their machine, and one of my friends on a totally different network try the site.. the problem seems to be intermittent.

hhm.. i'm just hoping this goes away. everything's been great so far with zen cart, up until yesterday

You might want to check with your hosting company- there could be a problem on your server.

merlin (camelot) is my host.. and he says there's nothing on his end, so I'm wondering if anyone else here have faced similar issues.
