Is it possible to view & change the product type (preferably using the admin interface)? I think I added some products using the wrong product type...and think it would be easier to view and change rather than delete the items and start over if that makes sense.

Due to the fact that different product types collect and store different kinds of data and in different places, it is not recommended to change product types once the product is created. As a result, this feature is not provided in the admin interface.
