User Tracking Stopped Working

I had User Tracking installed and I changed my defualt language and it stopped working, so I changed the defualt back and it still dosn't work, I was thinking of trying to do a reinstall but how do I unistall it?

Hmm..had the same trouble this evening. I tried several times to bring
up the log, but it showed that it was loading..and loading..and loading.
I finally dropped the table from the D/B and ran the sql file that came with
the user tracking mod. Seems to be working now.

First it is best to post support questions regarding third party modules/contributions to the Contributions forum. Specifically to the "User Tracking Support" thread in Contributions :: Misc forum. If you cannot locate initiate a new thread in that Misc forum. You will obtain a larger audience on your issue there.

When you say "stopped working" can you be more specific? Do you observe error messages? If so what, where and when?

Can you access both User Tracking menus in admin? (under Configuration and Tools).

Generally no "uninstall" needed to "re-install". Just upload user tracking files overwriting existing mod files. But first be sure to BACKUP shop and database.

And before repatching the database with the User Tracking SQL file best to attempt to find out if issue is due to a missing/corrupt uploaded file or a database issue.

If you deicde to "drop" the User Tracking table from your db use phpmyadmin to do this. But not recommended unless last resort.

As mentioned in the User Tracking readme have you inserted the user tracking code at bottom of
/includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/common/tpl_footer.php

Other questions:
Which version of User Tracking?
Which version of Zen Cart?
Which template are you using?

My zen cart is 1.3 my user tracker is 20060114, I can get into the screens but once im there it says no one has come to the site, which isn't true, b/c i had it tested on my home computer my ip and my friends computer diffrent ip. I don't have any ips blocked, it was working great the other day. Then I changed the lang. I will try a reinstall and see what that does.

There are no error messages, it looks like its working exept that its not.

I also did edit the footer.

Wow...It was so my bad, when i made it I followed the readme instructions, but it said to copy the stuff into the footer, so i did, but I copied it all and yesterday I was looking at the site and I was like what is all this stuff at the bottom of the page, so I deleted it anyways long story short, I'm a real newbie, and it shows. I have since went back and put just the code into the footer and its working again, sorry for the dumb question i feel stupid
