Hi All

I know it seems not to make sense, but I want to prevent the auto-selection of the payment option when there is only one payment option available.

Two payment options are provided: CC and Check/MO

The reason is that I had some code created that hides the credit card option if the billing and shipping addresses are different.

Here's what happens:

1. Customer creates account, goes to checkout

2. they enter their shipping info, go to billing page

3. they enter their cc info

4. go to order preview page

5. at this point, they decide to ship to another location, so they hit EDIT for their billing address

6. they enter a new billing address and are then sent back to the shipping selection

7. then to billing - however - this is where the credit card option is now hidden....BUT....since the customer already entered their credit card option, SOME customers think that their credit card info is still in the system and is still the selected payment option.

INSTEAD, I wish they still had to click the Check/Money Order option at this point even though it's the only one cuz by clicking that option, it would be a reminder that their payment option has changed.

Reason - I get a few customers who write in saying, "Hey, I put in my card, but now my email receipt says I gotta send in a check."

How can I disable the auto-selection of the payment method if only one payment method is available?
