Failed to open thread?

Guys,
I had setup a cart for a friend, hooked up the ssl, and basically allowed him to configure the cart how he needed. Yesterday, we noticed that our host went down for a few hours, and the cart was inaccessible. Then, I went to check the cart yesterday afternoon, and it was not working properly,

here is the cart as it is in bad shape:

See if your host has a backup of the database.
