Exist germany translated files for 1.3.0.1 ?

I need add germany language support in my shop...
I see germany zen-cart support but I cant read nothing... I can read english only

Could you please let me know where you did find the German Language pack for 1.3.0.1 on the zencart.at website or forum?

I tried to find it myself but unfortuantely can only find older versions like 1.2.0d etc. but would rather have the 1.3.0.3. version.
