I need many attributes on one base product

I sell cord, like thread, they can buy it by size 1mm, 2mm 3mm, etc, then they can buy it by the yard or by the rool, there is option 2, then when they buy it by the yard if they buy 1-10 yards it is X per yard, 10-20 yards Y per yard etc.

Is there a way to do this?

It is all in attributes if possible at all. From your overview this appears to be configurable.

Suggest you set up a cart with the demo products as for every product there is an explanationfor the attribute settings to acheive what is attached to that product. This will provide you with much insight as to what and how to set things up.
