Continental USA

I am using the UPS shipping module and authorize.net to handle the credit card transactions.

Can and who do I limit shipping of orders to the continental USA only. I do not want to ship to AK and HI.

Make a new zone (call it ConUS ?) and add the 48 states to it. Then restrict your shipping module to that new zone.

OK, now I am feeling really stupid. I have looked and can't find out how to make the new zone. I'm sure there is a thread on this but I cannot find it. Could you please point me in the right direction.

I am a little list too here.

I know where I can create a new zone but how do I add all 50 states (or 48 for continental?).

All the existing zomes are basically like this: United States New York NY.

How can I have a USA and then all states in this one zone?

make the zone definition first

then click on the zone definition (folder image) that you made and insert the states

That's the closest anyone has come to the answer yet. But how do you add the individual states all that is listed there are countries and you can only add one country, as far as I can see.

All you need to do is 1) Location/Taxes 2) Choose Zone Definitions 3) Choose Insert and give that zone a name, 4) Choose Edit and then add the different states.
