ok, that told me how to put images on to my ftp, how do i make it so that it shows another image on the product display, or does it do it automatically?

I've been adding images without incident until today.

The large images are working, but I can't seem to get a second image to display on the product page.

"Display multiple images" is enabled.

Any advice?

Is your base image called swiss.jpg that pulls them all together?

If not, have you an URL that we can peek at to this Product?

Where do I ennable "Display multiple images". I think I understand the naming convention.

It is enabled by default in the Catalog ... Product Type ... Edit Layout ...

If they are not showing up ... you are *close* to understanding how things work on the images ... but perhaps off just a tad ...

OK I am usually very good at following instructions and figuring things out but I must be missing something.

I have read the FAQ article and the many threads on this topic and no matter what I do I can't get multiple images to display for a product. I have enabled the multiple images option and named the 2 images choker.jpg and choker_01.jpg. I uploaded them to the medium directory and the "No" was selected when I uploaded the 2nd one so it would not replace the first. But when I preview and then look at the result it is the second image that is listed and displayed.

This must be something simple but I can't figure out what is wrong.

Loaded base image via Catalog ... Categories/Products ... base name being:

choker.jpg

Small Images: (base image shows everywhere small images display)
/images/choker.jpg
/images/choker_01.jpg
/images/choker_02.jpg
/images/choker_03.jpg

Medium Image: (this shows on the product _info page)
/images/medium/choker_MED.jpg

Large Images:
/images/large/choker_LRG.jpg
/images/large/choker_01_LRG.jpg
/images/large/choker_02_LRG.jpg
/images/large/choker_03_LRG.jpg

Note: there is only 1 Medium image and that is for the product _info page
