Differnt stores for different domains & Dreamhost.com

1st of all, I aplogize if this is a newbie question with an obvious answer.
If I have a web site service, like Dreamhost.com, with more than one domain; can I have more than one store using Zen Cart?
Also would people recommend Dreamhost.com for shared hosting. They recently dropped MIVA Merchant and are now offering Zen Cart even though their web pages still list MIVA Merchant.

Depending on your host you could possibly have individual basic hosting accounts for each domain then change the DNS to redirect to your main store but keep the existing URL in the browser bar.

I am currently looking into this for a client who wants several identical stores but each with a different domain name and logo. It makes sense to only have one store, one database and some form of DNS redirect in place.

Not sure how search engine friendly this is but I think it is better than having a plain redirect via the control panel.

Certainly from an accounting point of view, you're right, it would be better to re-direct each store/domain to a main store. In which case, I gather the customer would still see a different store.
Thanks for your suggestions & let me know how it goes with your mntioned client.
