few shipping questions

heya folks. I have two questions, searched the forums a bit but diddnt find anything solid

I have a few problems to tackle...


1. Free shipping in the US, $1 shipping to canada, $2 shipping to anywhere else in the world

So far, ive had this set up in zones. Zone 0 free, Zone 1 $1, Zone 2 $2. But, its a bit difficult and clumsy when I need to add a ton of country codes to zone 2. Is there any easy way to set "if it isnt US or CAN its $2"?


2. Apply free shipping to specific items.

3. On these free shipping specific items, they come with a free t-shirt. Is there a way to request t-shirt size on purchasing one of these preorder items?

Cant help you with #1. #2 - there is a radio button when creating your product that designates the item as free shipping. #3, Make an attribute for those products that come with a free t-shirt, and have the option values with the sizes you need.
