Innovative Payment Module... where did it go?

I use Quickbooks and Innovative Payment Module. I used to have it on this system, but it got lost with a reformat of my PC. Now this site doesnt have it anymore... where did it go?

I'm attempting to use zc 1.3.5 with Innovative. But I can't locate the old module either. Once upon a time I used it with zc v 1.2 and it worked fine, but now I'm stuck.

Where did you find the module?
