UPS option showing up when not installed

I just installed the MZMT shipping module but cant seem to get it to work. When I hit estimate shipping it gives me a UPS shipping option only, and this module isnt even installed!

Also its not letting me get past the "Confirm Order" step.

Any ideas?! I would really appreciate it if someone gave this a go...

UPS cannot quote from Canada ... you would need the UPS XML shipping module ...

Note: check how you have MZMT setup ... you can make it read as if it were UPS or anything else ... it's just text ...

OK, I figured that out. I just had to change the language file for MZMT.

But Im still having the same problem of not being able to confirm the order. I hit the "Confirm Order" button and it seems to be doing something but stays on the same page and nothing happens. Any ideas?
