history log for customers and Admin.

Hello Supporter,

When a customer buy something, then it remains on his account as a history
refrence, which is a great idea,
But how long it remains there? and how to modify the period of time?

Also where to check the Admin/customer logs,
when did the admin account (or any other account) logged for how long..etc..

Whats the target of questions?
I have around 5 operators seliing via Phone!
so i asked each one of my sales operator to create an accounts,
lets say sales1, sales2,..etc..sales5
So when a customer calls to buy a product by phone,
the incharge sales person, will by this product by him self with the sales1 account
but using the info of a customer,
In this way I'm having all the stock quantity by store sales and online sales
stable and on same band,

Now, I need monthly to know each account (sales1, sales2..etc
how much they bought in a specific month, for thier commision.

Hope someone will answer, and hope this way is usefull to anyone
interested.

So dear Ajeh, 1)
Do you mean, that logs for customers will remain even if its over a year?

2)
Any special option, to search by a specific dates? for a specific customer
or the whole month sales for all customers?

3)
If by chance I need to clear someone sales how would I do it?
lets say each 3 months I need to clear a specific user sales?

It will show a list of total orders,
correct, But,
How do i customize the reports? Do you mean by downloading the contrb.?
or there is any builtin way in Zen? Please Advise?

Where is the GV sales reports? I cannot see it anywhere,
i dunt have any list for the sold GV, Please Advise.

You would need to:

1 find add-ons for reports that work for you ...

2 write your own reports ...

3 pray they one day appear and meet your needs ...

4 hire someone to create them ...

Zen Cart does not have a ton of reports, nor would they match every site's needs ... hence you would need to do one of the options above ...
