Default Any way to find the customer's password in unencrypted form?

I can see the encrypted password in the MySQL database but I need the unencrypted version. Basically, we need to create a username/password on a totally separate system and it would be very user-friendly to be able to use the same username/password they selected when they logged in to ZenCart.
