when it should read:

and Line 240 of order.php reads:

left join " . TABLE_COUNTRIES . " co on (ab.entry_country_id = co.countries_id) )

when it should read:

left join " . TABLE_COUNTRIES . " co on (ab.entry_country_id = co.countries_id)

Do take some time to check that you did in fact update all of your files to v1.3.0.1 when you upgraded ...
