uk switch not being displayed on page

I installed the uk-switch download (from prev) onto to version V1.2.6 (pretty sure its that version)

We are using protx payment module, which I uninstalled and reinstalled after updating SQL and PHP files

now config>credit card - shows switch and says its enabled but on the step 2 of 3 payment no boxes appear for switch details

If I say to display type of CC available again it doesn't display switch

have double checked SQL has taken and it has and reinstalled payment again

(ps went into protx module and said true to start date and issue number, which yes shows on step 2 or 3 but still doesn't display that switch is accepted?)

What else can I try?

Protx payment modules at
http://www.zen-cart.com/archived_contributions/payment/
Suggest you test, as those downloads
are archive contributions for zencart releases around 1.25/1.27..
Don't use Protx myself so cannot confirm they will work with latest
zencart releases i.e. 1.3 and above
