sideboxes missing

Hello and thank you to everyone who posts on this invaluable resource.

I have recently installed ZC and the future Zen template. When I try to turn on any sideboxes in the Layout Boxes Controller in admin the only box I can get to show up is "Categories".

I just reset the boxes in admin and everything appears to be working fine now...
