Ok (forgive me if this seems elementary to you). If you login to your Admin, go to Tools => Template Selection, the template that is active is called "template_custom" correct? That is the template for which you are looking at the stylesheet.css file for.

You have two stylesheets loading on your site:

yes, again, I am using the custom_template css for my store, and some styles from the other too, but they are not conflicting.

Are you saying that the width of your google ads sidebox is 10px too wide and thus has white-space showing?.

You posted about this in another thread...answered you there as I didn't see this.
You have a 10px left margin on your .centershop in your stylesheet.css that seems to be causing the shift.
