Flashing Background??

I changed my tile_back.jpg and all looks great but each time a selection is made a blue background flashes... how can I correct that? You can see what is happening at http://www.almadesigns.info/store

Also, How do I remove the "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution." Text??

It looks ok to me here on a fast internet connection and firefox.
I didnt notice any flashing., but people on slower connections might.
I guess its something to do with your stylesheet changes.
