how can I turn on wishlist of my store.
And wich kind of futures it gives ?

There is no wishlist for 1.3 yet. You may have seen tables or text in the language files regarding one, but that's a reservation on a future implementation.

There is a wishlist contribution for 1.2.7.

Note: you won't see the wishlist once you've enabled the sidebox until you are on a product page (pointing it out as it's a common confusion for people).
