What is the easiest way to backup your site? is there a way to back it up on the server?

Depending on your hosting company's tools, you may have a "backup" option available there, which makes things quite simple.

However, to do one manually, you can do these 2 steps:
1. Use phpMyAdmin to do a database-backup: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/faq.ph...yadmin_backups
2. Use FTP to copy all the files from your public_html (or htdocs etc) folder on the server down to your PC. I recommend using a dedicated FTP program for this such as FileZilla which is free (filezilla.sf.net)
