Looking for a User's Manual - not Developers

Hello,

Does anyone have or has put together a user's manual? This would include such things as product entering, processing orders, etc. Not developer things, just user. If there's a manual with user information in it along with developer information and the developer stuff can be stripped out, I'd love that, too. It's easier to strip out rather than write from scratch.

Hi, Firstly thanks for developing Zen Cart its a great system. As per previous posts I'd love to get a copy of a user manual specifically tailored at the Shop Owner not the developer.

I'd like quick and easy reference as to how to do the following:

• Add a product
• Add a product with multiple attributes
• Stock Control Guide
• Adding multiple images to products
• Updating shipping info
• Changing the content of information pages
• Newsletter, how to
• Coupons, how to
• general overview on how to use the admin section

Does anything like this exist, or is literally a case of teach yourself? How do you teach no computer literate people to use the admin section?

At this time the FAQ section answers all of those questions and more. There is not a compiled manual at this time.

There is no law in the world that prevents you from writing a really good user manual and giving it out for free... When you have written it, typeset it, repro'd it and printed it, PM me and I'll give you my postal address so you can send me my free copy...
