changing reviews to be review/testimonial of my whole site

Hi,

I did search for "site review" and of course I got a zillion posts for people requesting others to look over their sites. So I thought it might be best to ask.

I would like to use the same places where you see "write a review" to actually be a customers review/testimonial of my whole site and our sevice to customers.

Is there a thread already that I should look at?

and if not - what or where do you recommend I start such a task?
I'm a novice at PHP but I've been coding for a few years now, plus I aint so bad with SQL and dbs. ah but most definately a newbie with zencart........
