Order missing but Payment processed

Hi

I can see someone has paid in Paymate but the order is not there in Zencart I suspect this is because the customer has closed my websites window after the Paymate popup show up so it could not return to my site with the correct session.

Now I would like to know how to create the order for the customer as I can see which product they purchased due to my own data tracking on the site.

I'm coder so I would just like to know the required sql statements for the order creation.

But I'm wondering for the Non coders what would they do in the situation? Cancel the Paymate transaction and ask the customer do it again?

install the master password contribution
login with the customers email address and your password then complete the order using the stock CC module for payment

Ok found a thread and installed it

But Stock CC module? what is that and where to do it?

I see I have to login as the customer on the front end but if I order I have to select a payment method and pay for it?

I'm hoping the stock CC is not another payment module that I have to install and it shows up on the front end of the website?

turn it on use 4111111111111111 123 08/08

complete the order

turn it back off

This is not a good solution though having to go through the front end and turn on something then turn if off, what if a customer sees that option and tries? That'll be 1 more thing I have to fix.

Sorry if I sound like I'm complaining it's a great cart, just a suggestion.
