    Default User Tracking Problems

    This add on was working great for me until a few days ago. (BTW, many THANKS
    for the mod, Pinghead!) Problems starting with it coincided with visits to my site from Gigablast's Gigabot. When I'd click on User Tracking from admin/tools it would show to be loading, but take forever, or not come up at all. So I dropped the db table and re-ran the sql to create a new db table the other day. All went well, until last night. It
    finally came up after midnight (June 10), but I couldn't view the day's (June 9)
    visits.

    Problems continue today, with it loading, and loading, and not coming up. So, I
    deleted all the files, and dropped the db table again, and reinstalled from a
    fresh copy. Still the same problem. I noticed before I did this, that a cursor was
    flashing on the page and on the link to User Tracking in admin/tools when I'd
    click on it. After re-installing, cursor is gone, but it still refuses to load.

    Any insight on what to check for or what to do from here is much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi There

    I have this problem too, very slow to respond, however I aventually get taken to the following page

    cannot find server - The page cannot be displayed
    The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer
    Now before someone tells me that this is a server issue! I would like to say that this is the only page in admin that I have an issue with. All other pages load very quickly.

    installed version of user tracking is 20051104 on a current version of zencart


    Everything was running brilliantly for a long time up until I updated to zen V13.01.02 about a week or so ago. I have reinstalled user tracking as well as the database but made no difference.

    Please note that 99% of the time I get the "cannot find server" page and on the rare occasion I will actually get a hit and the user tracking page will show.

    Does anyone have any ideas!!

    My problem resolved itself the day after I posted the note. Don't know what
    the problem was. I really think it had to do with the visits by Gigabot.

    It's still sometimes slow, which I attribute to the server.

    Glad to hear your problem has been solved. I still have this problem. I contacted my server host. They say there isn't any probs with server. I don't know anymore. Very frustrating.
