about free template - Question

Hi there;
I'm completely new in Zen cart, and I've been looking for free Templates.
I know about Future Zen, but also I found then free Zen Cart Template from TemplateMonster. I remember reading something about this Template.
Anybody has any comment good or bad ? Any recomendation ?

The free template from Template Monster (at the present time) is based on Zen Cart v1.2.x, and is not a good example from which to build a new template. It works if you want to be stuck in v1.2.x.

So, I think I'm gonna try Future Zen, and see how can I manage change a little
of that Template. I'm a newbie and I'll be back to the forum for some help, if that is OK.
