Default Unable to use ‘Define Pages Editor’ for 2nd Language

I have just installed a second language (Japanese) and went to the Define Pages Editor but I am unable to Edit any of the Japanese files.

I know it must be something simple...

    Thanks in advance!

Problem solved... I found the Define Language button near the top LH corner of the Admin Area... Maybe I didn’t notice it all this time... I wonder what settings/files are actually required for it to appear...

Check in the /admin/includes/header.php ... should be a setting based on the count of languages ...

I have lost the information I edited relating to shipping, privacy notice etc in the classic template when I updated to new template. How do I get it into the new template?
