Possible Bug? Update Cart not functioning

I turned off "Update Cart" next to each item in the shopping cart, and only allow it to be displayed below the subtotal, it no longer functions. However, if I have the update cart displayed in both locations, it works fine...

Any ideas?

Check your updates ... this was fixed in v1.3.0.1 ...

hmm. I am running 1.3.0.1.
Any idea which file I may have missed updating?

Ajeh - I reuploaded all of the updated files (after checking to make sure of any customizations) and I'm still experiencing the problem.
I'll redownload & install the updated files again and see if somehow I don't have an appropriate fileset.

Ajeh - I downloaded the updated file list, FTP'd the whole lot to the server and went thru zc_install and I'm still experiencing the same issue.

Just been to your site. On the product info page I can alter the product quantity and click on Add To Cart and it updates fine. The 'Update' button is then disabled in the Shopping Cart itself, and I am only able to delete the item completely.

Personally, I would want the ability to be able to update the cart at both locations.
